In AppLink plugins folder aren't allowed any files except ThinApp plugins since v. 4.6.1

I use option:

OptionalAppLinks=Plugins\*.*

So I want make any thinpackage linkable after being placed in Plugins folder.

But since 4.6.1 version any other files (entry points, readme's...) makes main package stop with error, which says that some files are't applink plugins.

Is it a problem to allow users to place some files beside plugin files?
