Fatal Application Exit - ThinApp and Windows 10 1803

When I create ThinApps on a windows 10 1803 and ThinApp 5.2.3 I get the Fatal Application Exit

create_process@####

This is pretty much going to render VMWare ThinApp useless to me.

Time to fire up Microsoft App-V?
