Application hang - ThinApp 5.2.5 and Windows 10 1903

Hello!
Has anyone tried ThinApp 5.2.5 on the latest Windows 10 1903 x64?

All the portables, that worked on the Win10 1809, do not work properly.

A simple example:

I create new on Win10 1903 or start the "empty" sandbox (cmd.exe) that was made on Win10 1803/1809.
I call any Help file (*.chm) in it.
That was it!  --> hh.exe hangs.
