ThinApp Application gets error "cannot access a disposed object system.servicemodel.channels.servicechannel"

Works fine if application is installed manually but get this in the Thinapp captured version.

Click on a button and gives "cannot access a disposed object system.servicemodel.channels.servicechannel"

what setting in package.ini needs to be set?
