Acrobat pro after thinapp cannot print a word file to PDF. File format not in the list.

After thinapping the Acrobat pro10 i have deployed the package (MSI) to end point (laptop)but cannot open word file for printing to PDF. File format does not exist.

is any one know anything i have missed while packaging.
