Hi there,
I have some users who are using couple of applications that are run directly from a network share. The applications are legacy products and are not fully/officially compatible/supported on Windows 7. Is there anyway to wrap these applications using ThinApp?
Although the users are able to run these applications on Windows 7, some of the features are currently not working. In case one of the apps, the issue seems to have surfaced since a recent Windows security update. Prior to the update, the application was working fine on Windows 7. As mentioned earlier, the applications are run directly from a network share. The users just have a shortcut on their desktop that launches an executable from a network share. So, there's no local installation. Is it possible to use ThinApp in this scenario?
If you need more information, please advise.
Thanks
