error loading dll's for thinapp of MS Access 2000

I can install Access 2000 on Win7 no problem with Thinapping in a View environment.

But I cannot import or export any tables in txt format.  It keeps saying error loading dll's.

I've tried registering some dll's in question but nothing happens.  A full install of Access2000 on the vm works fine.  Is there something in Thinapp that needs to be done so this works?
