ThinApp not working from a share on VDI

Hi,

Without going into too much detail, I have a ThinApp package that when running locally on a VDI desktop it runs fine, but when running from a share it comes up with an error. But it runs fine on a clean VM, either locally or from the share. I'm using the latest ThinApp 5.1.0 on a Windows 7 32bit desktop. Any ideas before I raise a call with VMware?
