How to fix it?: [Errno 8] _ssl.c:480: EOF occurred in violation of protocol

I installed WSX and configured it correctly, after that, i shared my OS, but its not shown in the VMware WSX Panel, credentials are correctly but will not work because of an Phyton Error...

I get the error: [Errno 8] _ssl.c:480: EOF occurred in violation of protocol

allright, i tried the same with working vSphere Client like on the following Screenshot, but still the same error in WSX (of course i used the correct credentials again)

Lets say, something is incorrect in VMware  Workstation 12? No, theres working everything fine, like on the following Screenshot, that spoofs, credentials are correct and will work fine with correct IP, Port and Credentials to login...

Can someone explain how to fix this issue? it would be great, if theres a Video, which is explaining, how to fix this issue...
